So far we have donated 50 pairs of crutches and 3 wheelchairs. But there are still are 210 disabled people on our register still waiting for crutches and 23 waiting for wheelchairs.

DEMSL is currently looking for a carehome in Freetown, Sierra Leone for 20 high-need children. The children are between the ages of 10 and 15. They include orphans of Ebola, children with disabilities and street children who currently do not have access to education, healthcare and sanitary living conditions. Help us to make this dream real.
The National Rehabilitation Center (NPR&C) in Freetown serves disabled people across Sierra Leone and neighboring Guinea. The staff provide physical therapy and prosthetic treatment for patients in need. We are developing a skills transfer and support program through professional prosthetic support centers in the US.
